Paradise

In the series "Paradise", Ralf Peters creates gardens and structures by means of AI-generated imagery, which appear as visions of an artificial paradise. Inspired by religious and cultural conceptions of paradise—such as the Garden of Eden in Christianity or "Jannah" in Islam—these works address universal longings for peace, harmony, and bliss. At the same time, they pose the question of whether paradise as an ideal state is truly desirable, or whether it is in fact the challenges and imperfections of life that give it value.
