On 25 June 2026, the two-part exhibition "We Will Return" opens simultaneously at basement and Villa Oppenheim. The exhibition was initiated by Sonya Schönberger and Flo Maak and curated in collaboration with the directors of both institutions. Schönberger and Maak are also represented in the exhibition with their own works.
The exhibition focuses on the visual culture of tourism and its global impacts. An extensive accompanying programme complements the exhibition; Flo Maak also participates as a moderator and tour guide. Registration for all events is available via the Villa Oppenheim website. The film programme was curated by Florian Wüst.
