On the occasion of our current exhibition “The lines between”, we cordially invite you to a conversation between the artists Verena Freyschmidt and Harald Kröner on 22 April at 6:30 pm.
At the heart of the discussion are two artistic positions that engage with paper and line in different ways—as a space for thought, a surface of resonance, and a medium of perception. While Verena Freyschmidt makes processes of movement, density, and openness visible in her intricate drawings, Harald Kröner explores the line in his work as an energetic and spatial trace that unfolds between materiality and light.
In dialogue, both artists shed light on how drawing, structure, and light interpenetrate and expand one another. The conversation offers insight into two precise yet highly individual artistic approaches that, in their differences, find a shared language—within the dynamic interplay of line, space, and perception.
