Coffee Meets Art
23.05.2026
Bernhard Knaus Fine Art, Niddastr. 84, 60329 Frankfurt am Main
As part of an exclusive brewing and sensory seminar, you will immerse yourself in the world of coffee together with the experts from the Frankfurt-based roastery Hoppenworth & Ploch. Alongside well-founded theoretical knowledge, you will gain fascinating insights into the origins, processing, and roasting of coffee, as well as practical guidance on brewing techniques. The seminar takes place amidst the current exhibition Magnetite by Katja Davar, creating a unique dialogue between sensory perception and artistic expression.
As part of the programme, we also invite you to join a guided tour of the exhibition. Afterwards, there will be time for conversation and enjoyment: accompanied by a selection of pastries from Hoppenworth & Ploch’s in-house bakery, you will have the opportunity to reflect on the afternoon’s impressions and explore the connections between coffee and art.
